We are a UCLA group of student engineers, scientists, designers and entrepreneurs collaborating for a better tomorrow. Here at Bruin Home Solutions (BHS), we’re working to audit and retrofit UCLA dorms, classroom buildings and administrative offices that students and faculty use everyday to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Students have the unique opportunity to get real, hands-on experience and make a quantifiable, positive impact that touches nearly every aspect of the UCLA community. The University is able to move one step closer towards accomplishing goals such as zero waste by 2020, carbon neutrality by 2025, and becoming a globally recognized leader in sustainability.
