J/World was founded in 1981, and currently operates offices in three locations on the West Coast (San Francisco Bay, San Diego, Puerto Vallarta). J/World has been repeatedly ranked the best sailing school in North America, and we have put our expertise and knowledge to work teaching many thousands of sailors from around the world how to sail, and how to be better sailors. From first time mariners to seasoned salts, we have programs designed to challenge and educate you. J/World also offers yacht charters and fractional sailing programs to increase access to the sport of sailing, as well as a series of special sailing adventures, including racing events and offshore cruising.
