We aim to improve our students' English vocabulary, fluency, confidence and UK cultural awareness through either weekly, hour long online conversation practise sessions or through online self-study lessons. Our online English practise focuses on identifying both important formal and informal English words and phrases found in everyday UK life. We provide students with interesting, relevant and topical lessons each week, both in our online face-to-face and self-study lessons. We also assist with pronunciation in order for our students to pronounce new terms and phrases with fluency as well as providing examples of when the word or phrase may be used. Our students identify this form of learning as extremely advantageous because they feel they develop to a greater extent whilst learning English with topics they have an interest in. Students find their confidence in conversing with locals increases thanks to continued practice and friendly sessions. Our key objectives are to; improve students’ confidence in English, improve cultural understanding, expand vocabulary and develop fluency.
