www.zengerfarm.orgIncorporated in 1999, Zenger Farm is a non-profit urban farm and wetland in outer southeast Portland dedicated to promoting sustainable food systems, environmental stewardship, community development, and expanding access to good food for all. Centered in equity and justice, Zenger Farm utilizes the combination of a 10-acre wetland adjacent to the 6-acre organic farming operation to provide unique experiential learning opportunities for youth, farmers and families in subjects such as sustainable agriculture, wetland ecology, food security, healthy eating and local economic development. Our works includes: Organic Vegetable and Fruit Production, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program for local residents, CSA Partnerships for Health subsidized produce program with local health clinics, Youth Educational Camps, School Field Trips, Adult Workshops (Gardening, cooking, preserving), Eastside Egg Co-op, Portland Urban Beekeepers, Wetland Preservation and Ecology, Farmer Training, Farm-to-Table Fundraising Dinner, Farm Dinners, Community Garden, Healthy Eating on a Budget Classes, Wisdom of the Elders Ranked by Oregon Business as "100 Best Nonprofit Workplaces in Oregon" & "100 Best Green Workplaces in Oregon"
