Cultural Perspectives Limited is a small, independently owned business providing services to tourism, heritage and the arts. We offer bespoke, short break cultural tours to destinations in Scotland, the UK and across Europe. We also provide consultancy services for arts and heritage organisations, including support with projects and exhibitions. Cultural Perspectives Limited is owned and managed by Peter Trowles who has spent his career promoting the arts. A graduate of the University of St Andrews, Peter was Curator at Glasgow School of Art for 30 years, overseeing the heritage of the renowned Charles Rennie Mackintosh building. He has curated art and design exhibitions worldwide, contributed to multiple books and journals, and been a speaker at numerous international conferences. Peter has lectured widely to private, specialist groups and societies and has delivered cultural tour programmes in the UK and across Europe, focusing on art nouveau. He also has extensive experience of working with corporate clients and the media.
