Crest Management Company was founded in 1993 with 5 associations. We still manage 4 of those 5 today. Through 25 years of controlled, methodical growth, and a focus on client retention, we currently manage over 160 community associations. Crest is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities. Crest is 1 of only 10 management companies in the Houston area to have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation through CAI.
