My Wellbeing Lab builds personalized proactive employee assistance labs that will ensure the advancement and development of employee wellbeing with understanding, thoughtfulness and care. There is a clear lack of opportunity under current Employee Assistant Programs to advance from crises or current mental illness to advanced wellbeing and thriving. Due to a lack of education surrounding the topic, there still is a stigma of mental health and wellbeing within the Middle East, and whilst less so, the wider world. My Wellbeing Lab is providing a confidential and proactive employee assistance program. We offer tailored and personalised tools within different “labs” to ensure the advancement of mental wellbeing and self improvement. My Wellbeing Lab removes the stigma of mental health and allows employees to be open and honest giving the employer an in depth insight into why, what and how they can improve their organisation.
