We have designed the facility / systems to meet all regulatory standards (like WHO, MHRA, USFDA etc…) and will be catering to domestic, ROW and highly regulated market. We can serve your requirements of OSD as contract manufacturers or Loan Licensee thru this facility. The unit is located in prime and one of the Asia's biggest Industrial Area, Butibori MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India having facility of Common Effluent treatment Plant. The unit is built on a 5000 Sq. Mtr plot with built up area of appx 3500 Sq. Mtr. The unit has Fluid Bed Processor/coater of 800 ltrs processing capacity for API Pellets/DC Granules Tablet Compression Machine with output of 5 million tablets /day Capsule filling machine with output of 1.5 million cap/day Blister Packing line (Fully automatic) Strip Packing line (Fully automatic) Coating pans, Blender, bulk packing line etc. Apart from this we have made provision in the infrastructure to go up to 4 fold of the capacity. Our unit is equipped with HVAC and is designed to meet ISO class 8 (class 100000) with terminal HEPA filtration with 99.97% efficiency Purified Water Generation system is equipped with RO and EDI system to get consistent USP standard purified water. DG for 100% back up is being installed. Safety measures like Fire Hydrant, Fire alarm, Fire extinguishers are being installed.
