We connect female freelancers with clients and companies who are looking to hire now, as well as with other Creatives to form a community. The Design Database is not only a community of Creatives, it is also a community of other companies, who share the same mission to support creative women, coming together to share resources that will help Creatives succeed on their journey. The platform allows Creatives to connect with clients, apply to jobs, host their work, sell their work, connect with our partner companies, and more. We are membership-based NOT commission-based. All of the money that Creatives make on our platform is 100% theirs to keep. Our mission is to be a valuable resources for creative women and to offer guidance, support, and mentorship.
