The purpose of the event is to provide a platform where the heart and soul of Australian rugby, our community coaches, have access to the people coaching at the highest level so they can learn and improve their skillsets to become better coaches which thereby creates better players and outcomes for the rugby community. The 2021 event showed that community rugby coaches are yearning for the opportunity to do better but the only way for this to happen is to get better. This is what we are setting out to achieve with this event. In 2022, we are upping our game and have more lead time to create another action-packed weekend before the rugby season gets underway. We will bring together the sharpest minds in rugby to deliver application-based learning, provide knowledge bombs and share key insights all with the goal of improving rugby outcomes for the community rugby union. The theme for our 2022 event is “Collaboration is Cool.”
