Gustaf Rentzhog, our Group Chief Executive Officer, established the group in 2004. Per-Olof Söderberg, our Chairman, was the first investor and gave his family’s name and reputation to our group. The United Kingdom is a large, complicated, and growing wealth management market in which there is demand for high-quality financial advice. An ageing and increasingly affluent population needs to plan for the future in a complex and changing landscape. Pending regulatory approval, our objective is to meet this demand through the provision of a trusted investment platform for Independent Advisers. As our UK offering matures, and subject to further regulatory approval, our future plans include the provision of financial advice and a research-led approach to investment management. We will work for individuals and businesses across the UK on an independent basis, with a fair and transparent fee structure.
