We are a mobile yoga studio which means we bring our teachers, yoga mats, essential oils and music to your place of business. We have a great staff of teachers that can cover anywhere in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. We have a large insurance policy to cover our teachers. We are dedicated to making this an easy experience for our clients. Our classes have a nice blend of meditation and physical movement. Onsite Yoga and meditation classes are becoming popular in many companies because of the amazing health and stress relieving benefits. We offer a free trial class to introduce our program to our potential clients.
