Our Start 2004 After 20 years of success in the Retail sector Mr. Adel El-sharkawi began to initiate his second own private business in the Real Estate Investments & started in 2004 by establishing the Rental property services in Katamya Heights and in Maadi. 2007- Provence was established in 2007 with a highly talented architects and engineers by its chairman Mr. Adel El-Sharkawi – who started his own business in 1989, the first international retail company “Raa-sport” that is specialized in the field of sports wear and sports accessories and started to sign several exclusive distribution agreement with (Adidas, Reebok, levis, Timberland,Rockport, Quicksilver, Roxy, Geox, etc). 2008 With the great progress steps in the Rental service experience, he began to expand his business including the construction and building. In 2008 the company launched its first two residential units for sale in Sarayat Elgedida in Maadi. 2011 In order to serve our community with more entertainment activities, the company opened its sports school in 2011, to help achieve our target which is to create diversified projects and services that help in creating a whole community.
