We are a supportive and hands-on investor in Management Buyouts, Turnaround Situations, Retirement Sales and Corporate Disposals. We can invest up to £5m equity (£20m enterprise value) per transaction. We typically acquire businesses outright, or invest in majority stakes. We invest across all sectors, typically investing in companies with sales of between £5m and £30m.
