A private law firm practicing public interest law since 1982. Managing attorney Frank Shooster has been selected by Florida Super Lawyers as one of less than a dozen top attorneys in Florida practicing plaintiff's employment law. He holds the highest possible ratings from Martindale-Hubbell and Avvo. He is past president of the Florida chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, a current member of the executive board for the Florida Anti-defamation League, along with the speaker's bureau for One Planet United. He serves as Executive Director of No Forgotten Kids, Inc., a Haitian relief organization, and co-CEO of Global Response Corp., where he serves as chief legal counsel. His former clients have included a broad range of religious and civic institutions, including Catholic Protestant Jewish Muslim and atheist organizations. His practice is limited primarily to case evaluation, strategy and tactics, and managing attorneys of record for the firm's clients. He still serves as lead trial counsel when warranted in the most serious cases. Otherwise most of his time is limited to his work with Global Response Corp. and his non-profit endeavors.
