In 2011 we started an event in the Okanagan to bring the passion we have of cycling to the area. We started the Okanagan Granfondo a mass participation cycling event, which is now going into it's 11th year. It has grown into to a weekend of celebrating cycling and brings 3000 riders to the area in and around Penticton. With the success of this event we have been able to give back to youth in cycling in many different ways by starting the AM Youth Development Foundation (AMYDF). It provided funds for a three day youth cycling camps/race in Kelowna for many years. We hope to continue to bring our passion for the sport to this beautiful region in the Okanagan. In 2015 we started a youth cycling team Red Devils with 50 kids age 10-17 in the club. We also put 20 new level 1 cycling coaches on the road by organizing a NCCP course here in Kelowna. In 2021 Athina's ride was launched and has raised over $200,000 for the Desmoid Foundation of Canada which is close to our hearts. In 2022 we started the inaugural Okanagan Graveller at Big White Ski Resort the first ever Gravel race at the mountain.Also in 2022 the Okanagan Granfondo came back after two years of cancellations to the beautiful city of Penticton with our largest participation to date of 3000 riders.
