Influencing with Integrity
www.influence-integrity.comSeminars: We use a variety of adult learning techniques to teach our material. The course can only be taught by I.D.E.A. – certified instructors who are trained to role-model the skills. To enhance the impact of the instructor we offer 12 professionally produced videos that demonstrate the 12 skill sets taught in the training. In addition, each student participates in experiential role-playing exercises that help them assimilate the information learned and integrate it for use in the real world. The trainings make extensive use of “pattern-interrupt” techniques that are known to facilitate learning through the cycle of “initial confusion-receptivity-reorganization.” We also use the learning technique of association. Various visual and auditory stimuli are introduced as the student moves through a cycle of knowing (old information), not knowing (new information) and knowing (learning the new information). In addition, much of the learning process is sensory-based. This is one of the most effective techniques to show students how to see, hear, and feel the effect of new skills, information, and desired outcomes. Other learning techniques in the training design include: demonstration, examples, repetition, symbols, metaphors, humor, and enhanced learning music. Most Popular Seminars: • Influencing with Integrity • Negotiation Excellence • Sales Skills Complete Seminar List: • Advanced Training / Trainers Training • Beyond the Job Search • Conflict Resolution • Conveying Technical Information Skills • Customer Service Skills • Coaching • Coaching for Bankers • Diversity Skills • Influencing with Integrity • Global Communication Skills • Listening Skills • Leadership • Leadership Skills for a Crisis • Mergers and Acquisitions • Mediation and Conflict Resolution • Negotiation Excellence • Presentation Skills • Sales Skills • Preventing Sexual Harassment • Potency for Women in the Workplace • Project Team Skills • Sensitivity Skills • Spellbinding For Relationships • Short Meetings • Tele-Skills • Team Building
