The Wyoming Children's Law Center offers two types of services: (1) direct legal services and (2) mediation through our Family Tree Program. Our direct legal services aim to provide legal assistance to anyone in the state of Wyoming at an affordable rate. For those that meet certain financial qualifications, our services are free. Services include, but are not limited to: education rights, guardianships, juvenile expungement, juvenile justice, custody, visitation, and child support. Our Family Tree Services offer mediation, parent education, parent counseling, neutral visitation and exchanges, and supervised visitations. Our Family Tree Services are free to anyone, regardless of income.
