Locations: Gateway cities in Germany, UK, Netherlands and (to a lesser extent) the US in a range from EUR 10m up to approx. EUR 50m (hotels above) for outright purchase, mezzanine or preferred equity investments and financing. We focus on customised, income producing property investments, with for example yields above 5% in Germany. Strong capital growth potential is sought in other cases. Furthermore, we are providing independent real estate advisory services and are acting as mandated off market sales agents. We offer a wide range of exclusive consulting services.
