The Do Good Only Company BV is a female founded social enterprise focused on digital inclusion. We increase access to, knowledge and opportunity with digital skills, specializing in data science and AI. In our experience, the scarcer the skill in the market, the more companies need to open to diverse teams. Need and scarcity drive a willingness to experiment and innovate, with respect to people and technologies. We firmly believe that technology, from developer to consumer needs to be far more representative of our society. We take an active role in making that a reality together with likeminded organizations and partners. We offer a consulting practice focused on data science, AI and devops with a team of highly talented and experienced consultants. Our second practice area is knowledge transfer. We run the SkillsUP Lab www.skillsuplab.nl These programs teach practical data science and analytics skills in open and inclusive communities. Our cohorts of data professionals complete an intense technical program, personal development and leadership and paid traineeship. Additionally, we work with clients to help them invest in their existing teams and retrain them in these areas. Our goal with these programs is to strengthen the labor market full circle for all involved.
