IslandFit offers a wide array of services including Physical Therapy, Customized Personal Training, and Orthotics. Those seeking Physical Therapy will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Physical Therapist to go build a strength and conditioning plan to achieve desired functionality regarding a specific condition. Patients will work one-on-one at all times with a member of the physical therapy team to ensure proper form and injury prevention. Individuals seeking Personal Training will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Personal Trainer to customize a personal training program suited to meet their needs and goals. Personal Training sessions will be done one-on-one with the personal trainer at all times in order to make sure fitness goals are met.
