EmLaw Training Programs provides management employment law training. Topics include basic EEO and Sexual Harassment awareness and prevention training, understanding wage and hour requirements, recognizing and responding to requests for leaves of absence and accommodation under the FMLA or the ADA, performance management, and retaliation avoidance. EmLaw ensures supervisors and managers understand their legal obligations with respect to their employees, while also providing them the tools they need to manage the workforce.
