The Robert Owen Community Banking Fund (ROCBF) is a CDFI (Community Development Finance Institution) providing fair, affordable loans to businesses, other organizations and individuals. Its objectives include economic localizations and community resilience. ROCBF works in partnership with a number of credit unions and other social enterprises within a CBP (Community Banking Partnership) framework.
