WeBloom is a non-profit association based in Zurich, Switzerland. Our vision is to utilise Gender-Lens approaches as a catalyst for the improved outcomes of technological innovation. Our programs are designed to redirect efforts towards the adoption of inclusive and sustainable methods of investing in and developing the technologies which will shape the future of our societies. We drive change by engaging with Venture Capital, academic institutions, founders and corporates in order to address systemic challenges within technological innovation.
