Spending at food-service establishments is down due to the lack of a personalized experience for the consumers in-store, something most e-commerce retailers and 3rd party delivery companies deliver on. With the majority of these businesses having a loyalty program today that their customers have to opt into or download an app to be a part of, we've seen that many customers either do not know a restaurant has a loyalty program or how to opt-in to one if they did. For many enterprises, this hinders them from being able to give every single customer that walks through their door the perfect omni-channel experience (personalized experience with both physical and online virtues) to bring them back. Today 1/5th of retailers say the pandemic encouraged them to invest in a loyalty program, so we want to be the program they can rely on for the future. We see the opportunity to merge the physical world with the digital world, by giving NFTs real-world utility with our rewards program, and making them more accessible to the masses. By creating non- and semi-fungible tokens that act as rewards when people shop at our participating restaurants, we give our restaurant partners' customers varying degrees of access with their rewards that can either be resold (p2p) via a marketplace or swapped for other currencies for their favorite restaurant. This also enables businesses to better understand their customers and have a sure way to know what every single customer needs.
