Our Training Needs Analysis will establish the current skill set your team, what the team needs to accomplish the plans, and a Needs Gap Analysis to determine the level of development required to deliver it. We provide detailed competency frameworks, create bespoke programs to address skills acquisition, and develop training programs to maintain everything they're now trained to do. The Industrial Rescue team is built from some of the most highly trained personnel from the UK Fire and Rescue Service.
