In July 2015, our SAMEE Charity was founded and specifically aimed at providing tailored business start-up support for disadvantaged clients. SAMEE is unique because it offers people intensive individual support with consistent advisers to help explore self-employment goals that can fit around their health and daily challenges. We are recommended by other business support agencies due to the experience and knowledge we have, the personalised support we offer and the bespoke resources we have created to effectively support disabled and disadvantaged entrepreneurs. For those clients who decide against self-employment, we offer to help improve their job-hunting skills with tailored advice on CV writing, job applications and interview skills. We also regularly talk to local employers and encourage them to offer work trials for our clients, helping to build their confidence and employability skills.
