Tonellerie Demptos of Bordeaux, FR was founded in 1825, making premium French oak barrels. We grew with so much potential that a workshop in California's wine country became necessary. In 1982, Demptos Napa Cooperage was established and quickly grew its following through quality French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels. We take pride in our traditional coopering, as well as celebrate our new advances in technology and technique.
