Our Mission The mission of the Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct One is to enhance the quality of life in our precinct by working in partnership with the community and to enforce laws, preserve the peace, reduce fear and provide a safe environment. Our Mandate is to do so with honor and integrity while at all times conducting ourselves with the highest ethical standards to maintain public confidence.
