Applied Building Systems was founded by Ed Souder and Jordan Colville. Together, Ed and Jordan have over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry, spending the last 7 years working together to provide custom controls solutions for a wide range of customer needs. Ed Souder has been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years and has been designing commercial/industrial mechanical, and control systems for over 20 of those years. Over the course of his career Ed has gained a reputation of honesty, integrity, and excellence throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Jordan Colville has been in the industry for a bit over 15 years, and has experience in nearly every role in HVAC commissioning and controls, from installation to design. He developed a reputation at a young age for his natural aptitude and skills with HVAC and Controls work. Together, Ed and Jordan have a dynamic skill set that allows them to provide a uniquely comprehensive system for every application.
