Radical Rehab Solutions LLC
www.radicalrehab.comRadical Rehab Solutions, LLC provides community-based, post-acute rehabilitation programs for persons with acquired brain injury. Radical Rehab's Transitional Living Program is designed to provide a "bridge" between acute hospital-based rehabilitation and independent living in the community. Our Supported Living Program provides the ongoing supervision and assistance necessary to facilitate a return to life in the community. Radical Rehab utilizes intensive one-on-one Life Skills Training and participation in a Therapeutic Community ("milieu") to maximize the functional independence of the person with a brain injury. Potential areas of intervention include self-care, time management, money management, home management, meal preparation, and social behavior (e.g., anger management, inhibiting inappropriate remarks, heightening self-monitoring skills, awareness of impact of behavior upon others, perception of social cues). Following an initial stay in our community residences (which include a private room and maximum of two co-residents), the Transitional Living Program is then integrated into the home of the person with a brain injury, with the Life Skills Trainers initially present in the home to insure generalization of gains into the home environment.
