Calvert Hospice cares for patients who have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less. But hospice is so much more than expert medical care! We offer patients a team of compassionate, experienced professionals who have a true passion for hospice. Each patient has access to a physician, nurse, social worker, chaplain, home health aide, and volunteer. We recognize that each person is a unique individual, and we personalize all care to suit a patient's needs.
