Founded in 2015 we invest in value-add opportunities in core and core+ Lisbon neighborhoods supporting the regeneration of the city center. With assets under management of EUR 3.5m we cover the whole value chain from acquisition to refurbishment and through to positioning the assets in line with market demand. The main strategy is to let the properties and grow the portfolio, while we can also flip properties on demand. We have an excellent network of local contacts to support our value proposition.
