Dilim Börek which is producing its traditional tastes through natural ways by using first class raw materials without using any additives and bringing them together with its customers, is supporting the brand by continuous innovations and quality improvements. Dilim Börek succeeded to become the first in its field in establishing the 444 4 356 (ALODLM) taste line in June 2009, and it also provides free service in home delivery. Starting from 2011, Dilim Börek carried its production line to a technological plant which was designed according to the BRC standards in the Anatolian side of Istanbul. It provides irreplaceable traditional tastes of Turkish cuisine such as various types of water pie, baklava, rolled pastry, layered pastry, a rich cookie menu, stuffed vine leaves, and Turkish style ravioli to its customers. Dilim Börek owns a corporate culture which follows world trends with its innovative vision, R&D activities, and its continuously improved logistics department and provides service with a dynamic team of 300 employees starting from management to production. Right now, Dilim Börek is providing its services throughout its 40 branches in Istanbul. Dilim Börek is aiming for its traditional tastes’ brand to be well known first within Turkey then abroad by systematically increasing its number of stores at the right locations. Its short term goal is to increase its number of branches to 80 without compromising from its quality and customer satisfaction by the end of 2018 and bring its unique tastes together with its customers.
