Suits (the look of success) 2. Education (the tools for success) 3. Etiquette (the culture of success) 4. Mentoring (the example of success) 5. Scholarship (the means of success) Donations and gifts in kind from individuals, corporate sponsorships, donations from foundations, grants, and partnerships with other non-profit organizations fund our operations. Once accepted into our Professional Program, participants undergo a strengths assessment and participate in a kick-off event. Next, they are connected with mentors from their career of interest and attend nine monthly meetings. Monthly meetings will center around nine learning modules: (1) Leadership, (2) Community Responsibility, (3) Values & Goal Setting, (4) Diversity & Inclusion, (5) Domestic & International Business Etiquette, (6) Conflict Resolution, (7) Personal Finance, (8) Giving Effective Presentations, and (9) Networking, Resume Writing, & Interview Preparation. These meetings often feature guest speakers from various sectors of the business community. While attending monthly meetings, they are responsible for 18 hours of personal community service and a group community enrichment project. At the conclusion of the monthly meetings, groups present the results of their community enrichment projects to mentors, guest speakers, community leaders, and sponsors. They are also given a tailored suit and qualify for a scholarship.
