This allows restaurants, institutions, and further processors to purchase freshly processed proteins in exact quantities saving time and inventory. Each day Heeps grinds fresh meat for burgers, sausages, patties, etc., as well as, portions any raw protein to any spec. We also have an in house USDA certified aged beef program.
