Purpose Women in Alliances (WIA) is a subgroup of the Alliance Best Practice Community; it is composed of women developing careers and opportunities in global alliances. The purpose of the group is to develop the personal and professional skills of the members as it relates to developing and managing alliances and partnerships. Group Objectives We will deliver our Vision in the following ways: 1 - Create a platform for members to share experiences and knowledge 2 - Provide a forum for building relationships and networking 3 - Enrich members’ knowledge with information, tools and assessments 4 - Advance members careers by identifying and sharing opportunities 5 - Support members by solving challenges unique to women in alliances
