CBT emphasizes the connection between thoughts, behaviors and feelings and works to alter both maladaptive thought patterns and maladaptive behavioral patterns to promote skill development, emotional regulation and overall quality of life. Our therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, oppositional defiant disorders, trauma exposure, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
