CMS was founded in the later part of 2018 as a sub-company of Downhole Innovations to provide distribution of quality Downhole Products, Completion Tools, Service Tools and Accessories around the world. We are headquartered in Houston, Texas and currently establishing additional Distribution and Manufacturing Support facilities to better serve activity globally. CMS is focused on the Supply Chain and meeting the delivery needs of our customers. Our Manufacturing sources are ISO & API Certified. We have dedicated Engineering Services for product support and development as well as testing and product qualification to insure quality and integrity of the products we offer.
