The Institute was founded to advance the development of blockchain technology (including the concepts and mathematics underlying that technology), to support and encourage the use of blockchains, as well as technologies related to blockchains and applications employing blockchains, and in particular to support, advance and manage the application of the not-only-one-blockchain (“NOOB”) platform, including controlling the issuance of the NOOB tokens. The goal of the institute is a stable, healthy NOOB widely used in exchange and storage of value and information.
