From this point until 2016 Barry Hurst was at the head of the company and quickly turned the company into a very successful nationwide consultancy offering expert advice to construction companies throughout the UK. In 2016 Aaron Boyd & Darren Goble took control of the company & with the help of Debbie Manley who heads up the office & admin side of the business, have continued to drive the company forward bringing in more successful clients and broadening the networking circles of the company. The company proudly provide expert advice and guidance to major construction companies such as Bloor Homes, North Midland Construction, British Gas & Persimmon Homes plus many more. The approach taken by Darren & Aaron in driving the business forward is that health & safety is no longer a business where you just find fault and try to ‘stop the job’, it is now a role where a common sense approach needs to be applied to ensure a job can be completed safely ensuring that everyone returns home from work to their families at the end of the working day. At the same time as being an external consultancy who are used for expert advice Hurst Setter also work really hard to ensure they are part of the team for all clients.
