The company was established in late 2011 by a group of professionals with many years of direct experience as managers in transport and tourism industries, and in business consulting. The company operates at both strategic and operational levels to ensure its clients’ success in achieving growth and implementing change management actions within the context of sustainable development. In 2015 MODE Consulting created its engineering company, MODE Engineering, that offers technical services for infrastructure development and project management.
