Serenity Business Facilitators Inc. (SBFI) started its activities in 1997 in Bolivia. The most important projects on its portfolio over there include real estate land development Condominium Los Olivos (28 townhouses), Restaurant Chain La Casa de los Paceños (3 restaurants), and several small to medium civil engineering projects such bridges, school additions, and multifunctional sports centers. After moving to Canada, initially landed in the province of New Brunswick, where the company open and run a business denominated Chocolate Aura, in 2010 launched the company Quinoa Import & Export NB. At a later stage on its operations, the company has acquired and added its first residential property to its portfolio. As passionate and serial entrepreneurs Javier and Sergio Amatller are, they moved the company to Toronto, with the main objective to continue helping people to understand their objectives and assists them to plan how to achieve these objectives offering them a variety of solutions. At this moment, Real Estate Investment is the main activity for SBFI, we take pride in our ability to focus on the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential and commercial properties. This mindset allows it to strategically and methodically analyze each investment opportunity to deliver and exceed expectations for our tenants, investors and/or business partners.
