H+W Engineering, Inc. (Harmon + Wayne) is a full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design firm led by Tom Harmon and Bryan Wayne with over thirty years of combined experience. Originally established in 2009 as Harmon & Associates (H+A) and renamed as H+W Engineering in 2017, H+W specializes in intelligent, cost effective and efficient designs. Tom and Bryan first met in school at San Diego State University and started their careers together at a large design firm in San Diego. After going their separate ways and working for other large engineering firms, Tom and Bryan partnered with a shared belief that client satisfaction comes first on every project. H+W ensures every project receives hands on leadership attention and believes that each job is a chance to build a long term relationship. H+W Engineering is locally owned and registered small business based in San Diego, California. As a small business H+W provides principal involvement on every project.
