Stelbel is a bicycle company founded back in 1973 by Mr. Stelio Belletti, a capable mechanic, expert in new welding techniques. Stelbel is world famous for being one of the very first cycle brand to have on their catalog TIG welded frames and bicycles. Between 1973 and 1990 Stelbel offered hi-end racing frames made out of steel, stainless steel and aluminum, mostly custom made. In 2013 the brand was acquired by Cicli Corsa Snc, an Italian company in the bicycle industry, with the intent of starting the frame-building activity again. Thanks to the collaboration of its founder, Stelio Belletti, Stelbel will soon unveil a new frame-line.
