RowFit Ltd was founded with the idea of providing a new and enlightening way of providing coaching to the Rowing World. many clubs struggle with coaching and everything is based on Volunteers. RowFit run Fitness Based Classes around rowing to engage more people into the sport, Online Programmes to provide access to coaching and programmes to more people and private coaching to help people develop where coaching is not normally available. RowFit Ltd also works with Companies for Corporate Rowing Days and works with a number of Business Consultants to use Rowing as a lense into their business.
