I help leaders find and develop their authentic leadership voice & powerfully communicate their message by empowering them to connect to their values, their goals, and their mission. INTERNATIONAL AND INTERCULTURAL Because organizations are becoming more global, leaders are expected to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries and corporate institutions. I understand the challenges of living abroad and working in different cultures. I also understand the challenges of giving talks and presentations in a language that is not native. Through these experiences and those from my life as a singer and director, I help my clients not only be able to communicate more effectively in the new culture, but also to understand how they can use their own personality and cultural experience to their advantage to remain authentic, confident, and strong in their new work environment. One important note: These cultural differences can be an important factor not only across international borders but also in the merging of different corporate cultures.
