Nilmatic is the intersection of web3 and the Name Image and Likeness (NIL) emerging market. We introduce evolved Non-Fungible Token (NFT) products specifically designed to benefit Student Athletes and their fans. By leveraging advanced data-oracle, smart-contract design, Nilmatic is positioned to become the market leader at launch. We foresee an increasingly expansive role for web3 products within the NIL space. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) add a layer of ownership and value to Student Athlete brand endorsement deals. By owning their own smart contract Student Athletes add a digital asset vertical to their own brand. The foundation of the Nilmatic ecosystem are an evolved form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) called Dynamic Nilmatic Assets (DNA). A DNA is an NFT that can change based on external conditions. Change in a DNA-NFT refers to changes in the NFT’s metadata triggered by a smart contract. This is done by encoding automatic changes within the NFT smart contract, which provides instructions to the underlying NFT regarding when and how its metadata should change. A DNA-NFT allows Student Athletes to offer verifiable digital assets directly to fans, who in turn, can be rewarded as the Student Athlete successfully achieves pre-determined benchmarks throughout their athletic career.
