Alan Mulligan began fencing in 1995 and founded Mulligan Fencing Contracting Ltd in 1997. We specialise in supplying and installing Roadside Fencing, Environmental Noise Barriers and Perimeter Security Fencing on large construction projects across the UK and Ireland. We are proud to be ISO 9001:2015 accredited in accordance with National Sector Schemes 2A & 2C.
