Although the CapGrow team custom tailors every lease to appropriately meet each client’s individual needs, listed below are the three most common lease structures executed: ● Purchase/Leases The CapGrow Partners team will work with you to determine the best new housing option, purchase the home, incorporate any required modifications and lease the home directly to you. ● Sale/Leasebacks The CapGrow Partners team will purchase the current homes that you own, incorporate any needed or required updates/modifications and lease the homes back to you -- up to 100% equity realization. ● Build-to-Suit/Leases The CapGrow Partners team will custom build a home to your specifications and needs, and lease the home directly to you. ● Existing Landlord Transfers The CapGrow Partners team will acquire the home you currently lease from another Landlord and lease it directly back to you. ● Home Modification Financing The CapGrow Partners team will finance all of the modifications and improvements you need for any of the homes directly leased through CapGrow.
